    Active Hub supercharges your customer satisfaction by providing an awesome Business-to-Business [B2B] portal. This product is a BigCommerce add-on. It integrates BigCommerce with the Acumatica cloud-based ERP system [Enterprise Resource Planning] with BigCommerce. This B2B portal makes it so that your business customers can see their order status, invoices, shipments and payments. We call this transparency. Your customers can also take care of their needs to make orders or schedule appointments or start a return on their own schedule at any time of day. This improves overall efficiency for them and for your company. For your company because there is no need to do manual entry of sales orders or other data. The process of getting jobs that your customer wants goes from their entry on the B2B portal and flows through to operations, either manufacturing or shipping or scheduled service request. Active Hub supports multiple levels of management who oversee purchases including the need for permission.

    Key Differentiators
    • Tightly integrated with Acumatica. Does not use an Acumatica customization. This enables Active Hub to avoid issues when Acumatica gets updated.
    • Integrates with the Projects module so that you can allow customers or only internal users to see projects and project tasks.
    • Customer account hierarchy. Supports the following levels of management: corporate managers, divisional or regional managers, workgroups and people within workgroups. (Others do not usually provide for corporate and divisional managers.
    • True impersonation, not pseudo-impersonation. Internal users of your organization, in addition to customer managers, can login and act as an individual workgroup user.
    • Already integrated with TradeCentric so that your customers who use spend management software will have you as a vendor in their system. This automates the process from a workgroup user selecting products, cart return, auto-issue of PO, order place, order invoice submitted to their system.
    • Corporate managers and regional managers of your customers get to see a view with all the workgroups that they manage.
    • Salespeople can see a view with all the accounts that they manage, and be able to impersonate any of them to place an order or do other account activities (like starting a return).
    • Ability for salespeople to see quotes and modify them.
    • View only - if desired as a catalog. Ability to turn off and on the ability to purchase
    • Enables your customers - or only internal users - to check out with a project code
    • Enables your customers - or only internal users - to check out with “WARRANTY” when the product is being used to make a replacement under warranty
    • Ability to notify other people so that they will be copied on notifications.

    This product is hosted on a workstation at your facility. It integrates your Epicor ERP system with a robust ecommerce platform, AspDotNetStorefront. AspDotNetStorefront provides the means for you to own your own code so that fees do not depend on the volume of orders, nor the revenue of those orders. AspDotNetStorefront also provides the means for a completely custom website.

    The Epicor Eagle system provides point-of-sale to a physical store's registers as well as all the functionality expected from an ERP system [Enterprise Resource Planning]. Epicor has other ERP systems such as Prophet 21 [P21] for distributors. Epicor's other ERP systems can be found here.

    This product is hosted on a workstation at your facility. It integrates your on-premises client-server ERP system with a robust ecommerce platform, BigCommerce. BigCommerce provides the means for you to have a manageable monthly cost for the software that runs your online store. This hosted ecommerce software includes strong security; however, it does have restrictions since we do not have access to the source code. All queries go through the BigCommerce APIs rather than straight against a database.
