Integration

• Active Hub interacts directly with Acumatica. Additional functionality using Acumatica data can be designed into Active Hub.
• Active Hub interacts directly with BigCommerce.
• The integration with Acumatica and BigCommerce is built in to Active Hub.
• Active Hub is an integration hub that provides additional possibilities for integration. It can integrate directly with any other application that has an API. Currently, the Active Hub API is not made public, so direct integrations would need to be created by the Active Lightning Coding Team. This incurs additional cost. [The Active Hub roadmap includes exposing the API for other coders to use in the future.]
• Active Hub can also integrate with Celigo, Boomi or any other iPaas integration platform (a cloud-based platform for doing integrations)
• Active Hub works with TradeCentric within BigCommerce to facilitate purchasing from enterprises that use business spend management software such as Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, OpsTechnology, Yardi and/or any one of 150 spend management platforms. The Active Hub-BigCommerce-TradeCentric integration exists. It requires the app-owner to have a subscription with TradeCentric.

• When an app-owner has a customer with spend management software, each staff person of the customer sees the software on their workstation, then the user punches out through this software to go to the vendor's (app-owner's) website.
• Then the user puts desired products in their cart.
• From the cart, the user clicks a button. This transfers the cart items back to the spend management software, where it goes through an automated approval process and a PO is generated.
• The PO gets submitted with the order, causing an order to be present in BigCommerce.
• The order gets automatically entered in Acumatica.
• When the invoice is generated in Acumatica, it gets processed into the spend management system so that the invoice will be automatically paid.
