This B2B portal makes it so that your business customers can see their order status, invoices, shipments and payments. We call this transparency. Your customers can also take care of their needs to make orders or schedule appointments or start a return on their own schedule at any time of day. This improves overall efficiency for them and for your company. For your company because there is no need to do manual entry of sales orders or other data. The process of getting jobs that your customer wants goes from their entry on the B2B portal and flows through to operations, either manufacturing or shipping or scheduled service request. Active Hub supports multiple levels of management who oversee purchases including the need for permission.

If you would like Active Lightning to create a custom website, you will need to add-on a project for a custom website.
If you want custom configuration that is not part of standard ActiveTransfer-ADNS, you will need to buy hours to accomplish this. If the cost goes beyond the package that you purchase, we will invoice you.
