Steps

When tackling big projects, especially ones that some people think are impossible, it is important to break down the objectives into steps. Following is an outline of the steps that set forth the Active Lightning Energy projects. Timing depends on funding.

• 1. Build working Beta Battery prototype
• 2. Test and optimize Beta Battery prototype to achieve an acceptable solution
• 3. Seek team of investors to partner with Active Lightning Energy who will establish a trusted management team.
  • a) Start a company
  • b) Optimize all features of the battery
  • c) Do final product design work (finishing, polishing work)
  • d) Work out costs and manufacturing to take the product into production
• 4. Build a working prototype for handling nuclear waste
• a) Find a facility that would allow us access to their nuclear waste, where we could work on-site
• b) Engineer the way that we heat and contain a plasma from the raw inputs
• c) Build and test the desired method for separating free electrons from the atomic nuclei
• d) Engineer the electro-mechanical system for handling post-separation nuclei, and channeling them into the desired configuration
• e) Show that we can breakdown the heavy large nuclei into the nuclei of stable elements
• 5. Test and optimize nuclear waste-remediation prototype to achieve an acceptable solution
• 6. Company established in step 3 would:
  • a) Identify a handful of nuclear facilities that would use a prototype for some part of their waste (focus group); they will provide useful feedback
  • b) Optimize features of the waste-remediation prototype
  • c) Do final product design work (finishing, polishing work)
  • d) Work out costs and manufacturing to take the product into production
