Our software integration product for on-premises systems is called ActiveTransfer. It uploads product information and downloads order information for B2C websites. These on-premises systems are a client-server type of technology. Our software resides on a local PC that is tied into the client-server system. On an automated schedule it updates products every 15-20 minutes and downloads order information every 3 minutes.
Most of our ActiveTransfer customers use Epicor Eagle to run their business, including point-of-sale. They purchase a client license for the Eagle ODBC software and a license to use ESTU. The ODBC and ESTU software is checked out to the PC that hosts our software. Our software connects to the Eagle N Series and to an online B2C store.
